The build sequence

How the structure comes up

01

Foundation

Soil testing, excavation, and the footing that carries the whole structure.

02

Superstructure

Columns, beams, and slabs cast floor by floor to the approved drawing.

03

Brickwork & Plastering

Walls raised and finished smooth, ready for electrical and plumbing chases.

04

Utilities Rough-in

Wiring, piping, and conduits laid before the final plaster coat seals them in.

05

Finishing & Handover

Flooring, painting, fittings, and a joint inspection before keys change hands.
